Error Messages- There are a few common reasons that you may receive an error message while attempting to place your order through our secure server.
To place an online order, turn your browser's cookies on. To function correctly our shopping cart needs a "cookies enabled" browser. Without "Cookies On" the shopping cart may not be able to complete your order.
If you are running a firewall or privacy protection software such as Norton Personal Firewall or Black Ice Defender, you may receive an error message. These products are excellent at hiding your internet address and identity but our secure sever views this as a security breach and will not allow you entry. Depending on your system's configuration you may need to change the configuration or disable your firewall software while you place your order.

To Order by Fax or Postal Mail- Please use our online shopping cart while you are ordering even if you intend to send your payment by fax or mail. Once you have selected all of the items you wish to buy and check out, choose the check/money order payment option. You must complete the entire order process so that all your information will print out and your shipping charges will be computed in the total. Shipping- We do not believe in profiting from shipping charges, therefore we do not calculate shipping charges based on a flat rate or percentage of sale. We charge the actual price of shipping based on the total weight of your order, and the number of packages required to ship the order. Shipping charges are calculated directly from United Parcel Service.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders for in-stock merchandise generally ship within 24 - 36 business hours. Expedited orders (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select) will ship the next business day. Shipping time is not, however, guaranteed and can be longer during show and trial season. If you need an order by a specific date, please indicate that in the comment section of the online order form or contact us directly. If we have a problem with your order and are unable to contact you by phone or email, this will delay shipping of your order. We can ask UPS to leave your package in a specified location at your request, but it is ultimately at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required. UPS generally requires a signature in the following cases:
