How to Order Online - Very simple!

1. Enter the 'Product Categories' section and simply click on any of the products listed in the section to obtain more information or make a purchase of that item. When you click on any specific product, you can view that product and information about it in a full screen. Type a keyword or product name in the search box in the left navigation to search for a specific item.

2. Place your choice of item(s) in your 'shopping cart' by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button, which is located on each of the product pages.

3. In the 'shopping cart', you are able to view your subtotal with shipping and taxes (if you are logged in), and you may also modify your order or 'continue shopping'.

4. Click on 'check out' after you have completed shopping. You may also choose to create a login and password (optional) for easy repeat ordering, so you don't have to re-enter information everytime you place an order.

5. Simply click on the 'Log into Your Account' button on the checkout page or complete the email and password section while you are on the checkout page.

6. Complete the checkout process by providing billing and shipping information.

7. Submit a valid credit card.

Our security is tight! When using a credit card, you must enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card and fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. It is important that you include your phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.

8. We accept PayPal Direct payments and PayPal e-Check payments. During the checkout process, check the PayPal box and you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can sign in (or create a new PayPal account). At that point you will be able to complete the order checkout process using your PayPal information.

9. Ordering by Phone - Our knowledgeable staff are ready to take your phone order Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Call us toll-free at 1-877-698-9062.

10. Money Order is another alternative payment option. Money orders should be made payable to "K9 Power Products" and mailed with your order form to: K9Power.com, 350 Sackett Point Road, North Haven, Connecticut 06473.

You will receive a confirmation page acknowledging your transaction. We recommend that you print out this page and keep it as a record.

We believe in keeping our customers informed! You will receive an email message to confirm your order has entered our system. Additional emails will be sent when your order has 'processed' and again when the order has 'shipped' from our warehouse. Seperate from our tracking system, United Parcel Service will notify you of your order tracking information.

The email will be addressed 'mailto:'QuantumViewNotifiy@UPS.com' and the subject line will read 'UPS Ship Notification Tracking Number'. Please make the necessary adjustments in any spam-blocking software you are using to allow delivery of this email.

You may also track your order by following the link in the left navigation 'Track My Order' and logging into your K9Power® account and reviewing your order status and tracking information.

Shipping- Shipping costs are exceedingly high for all carriers due to fuel surcharges, it is a difficult situation and like everyone, we are attempting to deal with these increases as best we can.

To save our customers even more, we offer FREE SHIPPING on most of the Animal Naturals line of Canine Nutrition and combo specials!

We do not believe in profiting from shipping charges, therefore we do not calculate shipping charges based on a flat rate or percentage of sale. We charge the actual price of shipping based on the total weight of your order, and the number of packages required to ship the order. Shipping charges are calculated in real time directly from United Parcel Service.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders for in-stock merchandise generally will ship within 24 hours. Expedited orders (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select) will ship the next business day, shipping time is not, always, guaranteed and can be longer than usual during 'dog show and trial season'.  If you need an order by a specific date, please indicate that in the comment section of the online order form or contact us directly. If we have a problem with your order and are unable to contact you by phone or email, this will delay shipping of your order. Please be sure to give us an e-mail address and phone number that we can reach you during normal business hours.

UPS Ground: Delivery is typically in 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination. Delivery time to your zip code can be found at www.ups.com. Use 06473 for the originating zip code. Packages can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes. UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes. UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time so, for example, an item shipped 2nd Day Air on Monday will not arrive until Wednesday.

UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time so, for example, an item shipped 3 Day Select on Monday will not arrive until Thursday.

We can ask UPS to leave your package in a specified location at your request, but it is ultimately at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required. UPS generally requires a signature in the following cases:

The package is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex. The package's contents are valued at more than $150. The driver feels it isn't a safe place to leave a package.

If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, you might leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.

Important Shipping Information: Shipping and freight charges to addresses in Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO Box, AA Box, or AE Box cannot be determined until the actual time of shipment. We will send you a second email confirmation, including these additional charges for your authorization prior to your order being shipped.

Sales Tax- K9Power® operates a retail 'Canine Health & Nutrition Center' in Connecticut.  As a result, we are required by law to charge sales tax in this state. If you live in Connecticut, your order total will reflect sales tax charges as well as the purchase total.
