K9 Power has partnered with one of the largest 3rd party shippers in the country.  This will ensure our orders are shipped quickly, correctly, and safely.

Shipping methods UPS, USPS and FedEx are discretionary depending on destination, package weight & size, time zones and the fastest transit times.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays.  Orders placed before 12 Noon, Monday - Friday will be processed for shipping that day.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
1 to 5 business days based on the distance to destination. Package can be tracked in transit. Please note carriers do not consider the day the order is shipped as transit time.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Customers may login to the K9 Power account and review and track your order.  Additionally, you will receive emails through the order and shipping process up to the time of delivery notification. (Please check your email junk folder if you do not see it).

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.  Damages and shortages must be reported to K9 Power immediately so that a customer service representative can correct any problems.  If you discover the damage after opening the package, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.  Simply take a photo of the container and package.  Email support@k9power.com along with the photos and a customer service rep will respond with information regarding a replacement.  If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it, please let us know if you choose to refuse delivery by emailing us at support@k9power.com

DELIVERY REQUESTS
The area of delivery ultimately is at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required.  A signature is generally required in the following cases: The package is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex or the driver feels it isn't a safe place to leave a package.  If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, we recommend you leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.
