Most important to me, he loved the taste of Show Stopper. It made his meals extra special for him (he’s a drooler, so let’s just say things got sloppier at meal time). In a couple of days, I knew he was feeling better, too. He stopped scratching his hot spots and soon he acted as if they weren’t there, so they were finally able to heal. In about a week or so of using Show Stopper and his hot spots were practically gone and healing up nicely! I was so happy for him.
If there was something I wish I knew before his worst-ever hot spot formed, it’d be that taking a supplement would help prevent them. I knew a little about hot spots before and always thought that dogs who swam were the ones to get them. But that’s not the case (Jack loves simply chilling, so a swim is never really on his agenda). Now I know a healthy diet, filled with Omega 3s, is one of the absolute best ways to prevent skin problems, like hot spots.
It’s now the end of summer and we’re happy to report that Jack’s had no new hot spots! He’s mad chilling on a whole new level now. I can’t tell who’s happier, me or him. I really hope this post catches you before a terrible hot spot hits, so your pup doesn’t go through the same discomfort my Jack did.
K9 Power also has a great customer support team, so if you do have any questions don’t hesitate to ask them. I had a question about what size I should get and how long the product will last for and they were really quick to answer.
Hope this helps! 😊
