Always Free Shipping - Everyday - All-day - We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) ‘Priority’ and ship at our discretion depending on the weight, size, destination and transit time of your order.  If you would like to choose a different method or service you will be offered the opportunity at checkout.  Free shipping is limited to the lower 48 states.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays - Generally orders for in-stock merchandise will ship within 1 business day.  (We make every effort to ship on the next business day).

Expedited Orders - UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select will be shipped on the next business day.  The order processing time is not, however, guaranteed and can be longer during high volume periods.  If you need an order by a specific date, please note this in the comment section at checkout or contact us so that we may help you find an expedited shipping solution.  Please note that 'Transit Time' does not include the day of shipping.

UPS Ground - 1 to 6 business days based on the distance to the destination.  Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO Boxes.  Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time.


UPS 3-Day Select - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO Boxes. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time. Example: A package shipped 3-Day Select on Monday will not arrive until Thursday.

UPS 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO Boxes. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time.  Example: A package shipped 2nd Day Air on Monday will not arrive until Wednesday.

UPS Standard Overnight - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO Boxes.  Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time.  Example: A package shipped Overnight on Monday will not arrive until Tuesday afternoon.

Damages & Shortages - Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Damages and shortages must be reported to K9-Power® immediately so that a customer service representative can correct any problems.  All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.

Delivery Requests - We can ask to leave your package in a specified location at your request, but it is ultimately at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required. A signature is generally required in the following cases: The package is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex. The package's contents are valued at more than $150. The driver feels it isn't a safe place to leave a package.

If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, we recommend you leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.
