Purchases from Partner Sites or Stores - If your purchase was made at any one of our partner outlets, the return should be made to the place of purchase. If for any reason there is a dispute with your return at a partner outlet please contact K9 Power directly.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please include a copy of the original invoice so we can process your return quickly.
